ONGOING EVENTS
*** Second Thursday of each month - Wild and Wooly Women of Willow Wood! It's free, and you can choose 1pm or 6:30 pm, whatever time fits your schedule. If you have ever wanted to know more about stitching with wool, this is a great place to come. We have door prizes, refreshments, instruction, and a whole lot of fun! Bring your own project or purchase one from us.
***Third Wed. of each month at 6:30 - Stitch and Bitch - This evening is designed to do just what its name says! Refreshments are served, so bring a hand project to work on, sit back, and enjoy!.
NEW ARRIVALS
**Cotton rick rack - We have 1/2" in tan , 3/4" in a great olive green, and 1" in brown, cream and a peachy rose. I have also tea dyed some of each color for a more primitive look. What a fun way to embellish your projects!
** We have some fun new patterns that I found at Market this spring for purses, table toppers and quilts.
**We have beautiful new green heathered wool in a few different shades. They are perfect for leaves and stems as well as backgrounds.
**Distress It! This is a solution that you spray on your projects to give them a vintage look.
** Christmas fabric is here! We have a lovely selection from various Moda designers.
UPCOMING EVENTS!
Sat. Sept 18 - The Harvest Festival, Quilt Show, and Boutique is back!!
Join us for a beautiful fall day in the country. This will be our 10th year. The day will feature an outdoor quilt show, a boutique with twig wreaths, bittersweet, fall arrangements, table toppers, candles, hand made purses, mittens, fun holiday decorations, and new this year... The Funky Junk Market! Some of my favorite antique and junk gatherers will be here with their summer finds as well as great ideas for reclaiming and reusing funky junk! We will also have our famous Wild Rice Soup and Dessert tent. This year the proceeds from the food tent will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Bemidji. We will also be having ongoing demonstrations and make and takes thoughout the day inside the shop. Please join us. If you have questions or would like to bring a large group, let us know.
